Position: Machinery Maintenance Worker

Overview:
ForseMark is seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Workers to join our
team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery
and equipment used in our production processes to ensure smooth operations.

Typical Duties:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Inspect machinery and equipment for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction.
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed.
  • Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure proper functioning of machinery.
  • Follow maintenance schedules and checklists to ensure timely servicing.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Machinery Maintenance Worker or similar role.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on preventive maintenance.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
