Human Resources Specialist

Job Description


As a Human Resources Specialist at ForseMark, you will play a pivotal
role in supporting our HR functions, with a focus on recruitment,
training, and employee relations.

This position is integral to ensuring a positive and productive
work environment for our team members.


Typical Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and fit with company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent to ForseMark.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations to introduce company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Manage employee training and development programs, including scheduling, coordination, and tracking of training sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and software for managing employee data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes and employee records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to address employee issues and HR challenges effectively.
