Job Description: Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders Position: Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender At ForseMark, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to grind, lap, polish, and buff metalproducts to precision specifications.

• Set up and prepare machines for production runs according to job specifications.
  
• Operate grinding, lapping, polishing, and buffing machines to achieve desired finishes on metal or plastic products.
  
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of finished products.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
  
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Proven experience as a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, Operator, or Tender.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
