Job Description
As a Computer and Information Systems Manager at
ForseMark,LLC, you will be responsible
for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our
IT infrastructure and systems.
Your role is crucial in ensuring
the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology
solutions to support our manufacturing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
IT Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned
with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs, opportunities,
and risks.
- Plan and prioritize IT projects and initiatives based on organizational
priorities and resource constraints.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure,
servers, and data storage systems.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure
components, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
to optimize performance and uptime.
Systems Administration:
- Manage and administer operating systems, databases, and enterprise
applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications, patches, and
updates.
- Monitor system health, security, and backups, implementing disaster
recovery and business continuity plans.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls
to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits
to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, industry standards,
and best practices.
IT Support and Helpdesk:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users,
resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and service level
agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and deliver end-user training programs to promote IT literacy
and proficiency.
Project Management:
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables
are met on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and develop
project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional
teams to achieve project goals.
Vendor and Contract Management:
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
for IT products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing
terms to optimize value and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality of service, and adherence to contractual
obligations.
Technology Innovation and Trends:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices
in IT and manufacturing industries.
- Evaluate new technologies and assess their potential impact on business
operations and competitive advantage.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve productivity,
efficiency, and innovation.
Data Management and Analytics:
- Develop data management strategies, data governance policies, and
data quality standards.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to support decision-making
and business intelligence.
- Implement data security measures, backup procedures, and disaster
recovery plans to protect critical data assets.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching,
and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
within the IT department.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and excellence in IT service delivery.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), or similar
certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role,
with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.

Strong understanding of networking, security, cloud
computing, and enterprise technologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies, ITIL
frameworks, and agile practices.

Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing software,
and industrial automation is a plus.
