Job Description: Cleaning, Washing, and Metal Pickling Equipment Operators and Tenders Position: Cleaning, Washing, and Metal Pickling Equipment Operator and Tender ForseMark is seeking skilled and meticulous individuals to join our team as Cleaning, Washing, and Metal Pickling Equipment Operators and Tenders. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to clean, wash, and pickle metal products to prepare them for further processing.

• Operate cleaning, washing, and metal pickling equipment according to established procedures.
• Load metal products into equipment and ensure proper alignment and settings.
  
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to achieve desired results.
  
• Inspect cleaned and pickled products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  
• Record production data, including quantities processed and any issues encountered.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
  
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in operating cleaning, washing, or pickling equipment is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of metal cleaning and treatment processes is a plus.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
