Typical Duties:

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chemical processes.

• Troubleshoot chemical-related issues in production or quality control.
• Document research findings, experiments, and results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in chemical research or development.
• Strong knowledge of chemical principles, laboratory techniques, and instrumentation.
• Experience with chemical analysis methods such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and titration.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
• Understanding of quality control processes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
